Once you have identified a partner to work with to deliver your vendor and contractor screening services, the real fun begins!

What To Expect When You Take Advantage Of Our Services

A typical program rollout will include the creation of an implementation plan, with an onboarding component, communication plan, and then a monitoring stage to ensure the setup is complete and working for both parties. PlusOne Solutions has a well-defined process for each of these steps and has a lot of experience with successful implementations with their customers.
In many prospecting and pre-sale discussions, PlusOne Solutions will gather information about the customer’s network, program needs and services, and expected results but the implementation process allows for a much more granular review of all this information. It also serves to eliminate any assumptions and answer previously unanswered questions.
One of the most surprising findings at this stage is that many customers do not even know the size of their active service network so the implementation will often require a little bit of work between both the customer and PlusOne to ensure accurate and complete information about the service network is obtained. Many organizations have servicing company information but are unaware of whom they are dispatching work to, or if the information they have for their servicing companies is accurate.
Once compiled, this detailed network information is loaded into the PlusOne Solutions system so that relationships and programs can be created to meet the customer’s needs. The type of information needed may include servicing company names, EIN, address, and other information. From here, PlusOne can determine if they already maintain records for these companies or if they are new. Once a record is created for each of these companies, the onboarding process can begin.

Experience The Difference

Unlike other providers, PlusOne acts as a true partner to our customers inVendor and Contractor Screening Services the onboarding process and this includes tremendous support with communications to the network and onboarding the companies into the new compliance program. Whether the vendor and contractor screening services include insurance and license monitoring, badging, TIN matching, or even background checks, PlusOne Solutions is the main force in working with servicing companies across the customer’s network to ensure they are brought into compliance and meet the customer’s requirements. Working with joint communications and direct telephone and email reach outs, PlusOne Solutions conducts a welcome wagon process to explain the program and its requirements to each servicing company and begin to obtain data from them directly.
Depending on the program the customer is launching, PlusOne Solutions may be gathering proof of business licenses, copies of Certificate of Insurance documents, or initiating background checks with the servicing company. Each step and requirement is clearly explained and when possible, PlusOne will work directly with the issuing authority, for licenses, the insurance agent, for COI information, or the servicing technician, for background check information. This extra effort reduces the burden on the servicing company and ensures the requirement and necessary information are understood and obtained. This partner-oriented approach has been shown to increase the compliance rates on the overall program, to best support the customer in the rollout, and to set the program up for continued success as PlusOne Solutions is introduced as a knowledgeable and supportive partner.
Each customer implementation has the flexibility to be different and customized in terms of speed of rollout, type and order of programs implemented, and follow-up cadence to encourage compliance across the network. The implementation process includes regular update meetings with the customer to discuss the stages and adjustments that can be made at those times to best accommodate the needs of the network and customer. PlusOne Solutions takes an active role and carries out most of the tasks in this process so the customer can continue to focus on their priorities without worrying about the implementation steps and tasks.
Once fully implemented customers are left with key points of contact for their success and the ongoing relationship with PlusOne, subject matter experts for specific questions, escalation processes as well as daily contacts for more transactional requirements. One of the best strengths of the implementation is how all these teams work together behind the PlusOne door to ensure the customer’s implementation is smooth. Through communication, regular check-ins, and identification of issues, the customer’s success is always in mind.
