For Customers looking to create a seamless communication method for automatic updates of their Service Network (Contractors) compliance data, we are happy to announce our API is now available.
The PlusOne Solutions API allows for the communication of multi-layered compliance information including Contractor, sub-contractor, and contractor employee levels to ensure a full view of the network’s compliance and risk information. Customers can use the API to create a secure, timely, and efficient communication path between your compliance data and your applications and internal systems, which is a useful option when supporting e-commerce models that utilize contractors. The offering can be integrated with Customer data sources and systems – such as dispatch, claims, onboarding, and consumer-facing platforms.
For PlusOne Solutions, the API is more sophisticated than just a single Customer to applicant relationship, and that has resulted in the following API endpoints being offered:
Service Network— allows you to manage your service network (activation and deactivation)
Compliance Reporting— feeds compliance program results to you directly
Screen Ordering— allows the individual to remain on your site for submission and payment of background and drug screening requests
CheckMyBadge℠— returns the badge image and compliance program eligibility of the individual
Certificate of Insurance— used for submitting COI documents and reporting active and historical insurance data
License— used for submitting licenses and reporting active and historical license data
TIN (Tax Identification Number) Matching— allows you to upload W9 documents and information and view the verification status based on IRS review
Throughout the last year, PlusOne Solutions has continued to work with Customers to ensure their levels of compliance remain strong. Some courts may still have extended turnaround times or altered hours for their clerk-assisted process but most courts are open and completing searches. We are happy to report that our turnaround times, in aggregate, are back in line with pre-pandemic levels!
A recent situation in the Tampa Bay area with an unlicensed, convicted felon is a great reminder of the professionalism and comprehensiveness of your PlusOne Solutions compliance program. This situation saw a homeowner pull a random name off the internet when his freezer stopped working. The work was not done properly, the payment was made in cash and the background check had clearly not been done. After this experience, that same homeowner then turned to an OEM networked company to get his repair done well – properly and safely. And next time, that is the way to go! Thanks for all you do to keep homeowners and consumers safe!
Last year was a banner year for our Continuous Criminal Monitoring (CCM) product with many more Customers joining the program and others enquiring about it. For that reason, we completed another case study on the one-year anniversary of our program which shares some important stats and information. This CCM offering is a great addition to your Workflow Compliance program.
In the coming months, we will start the 2021 FCRA Training program for our Customers. This training covers the basics of the law, the responsibilities of requesting and using consumer reports as well as obligations for the destruction of information. Please watch for this notice and complete the training. PlusOne Solutions requests an annual certification from Customers to ensure their partnership is remaining compliant with FCRA obligations. Completion of this training constitutes certification and keeps Customer users updated on their obligations when using consumer reports.
