- State driving searches: These verify the individual is legally eligible to drive in the U.S. and maintains an active and legitimate driver’s license.
- Full compliance with the requirements of the U.S. Federal Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA): There’s much more to a safe contracting program than just screening services.
