Sue Weir

A founder of PlusOne Solutions, Ms. Weir is responsible for all aspects of the integration and implementation of PlusOne Solutions' client services.

Ms. Weir has over 35 years of retail and service industry experience. Ms. Weir held the position of Business Integration Manager for the Contractor Services Group at Sears, where she focused on the implementation and delivery of several web-based applications. Ms. Weir was directly responsible for managing Sears' dispatch and claims application for Authorized Product Repair Service Contractors. This application automated the exchange of customer service information between Sears and contractors, and automated contractor payment processing. Ms. Weir was also responsible for managing Sears' warranty and contract claims billing system that was developed for the Sears National Claims Center in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Weir implemented a business intelligence application that provided the Sears management team with Key Performance Indicators that measured progress on organizational goals and provided access to the claims data for trend analysis.

During her career with Sears, Ms. Weir held a variety of business systems and operational positions and she possesses a strong background in databases, application development and systems integration. As Merchandise Control Office Manager and Systems Operations Manager for the Sears Business Systems Retail Stores, Ms. Weir implemented a sales and inventory system that provided inventory and sales reporting to management and vendors. As the manager for the Sears Home Improvement Product Services division, Ms. Weir coordinated with over 100 contractors the implementation of a new sales, leads and customer relations tracking system which provided a contractor management application for the business.
