As the CEO and founder of PlusOne Solutions, Mr. Reilly has over 27 years of operational management experience in the service business. Before founding PlusOne, Mr. Reilly was the Director of Operations for Sears' Contractor Services Group, which is the number one retailer of Home Appliances and which maintains the largest servicer organization in the United States. During his 24 years with Sears, Mr. Reilly filled various management positions that included managing full-line stores and the Home Services division that included responsibility for HVAC and appliance sales, service and installation.
For almost a decade, Mr. Reilly spearheaded an initiative that focused on improvement of metrics that increased productivity and customer service while achieving cost reductions in the business divisions that utilized independent servicer networks. As Director of Operations, Mr. Reilly was responsible for the operations and customer service of all independent servicer services for the CSG, a division of Sears Home Services. His duties included management of Sears' authorized independent servicer network and oversight of product installation services. Mr. Reilly was responsible for the ASC network that serviced home appliances, electronics, home improvement and outdoor power equipment industries. Additionally, Mr. Reilly managed the team that was responsible for processing millions of warranty and service contract claims.
