Craig Reilly

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Craig Reilly is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in operations management, sales and corporate strategy leadership.

In 2005, Reilly founded PlusOne Solutions®, a full-service compliance management company that assists its clients in avoiding and mitigating the risks associated with contractor and vendor networks to reduce financial and legal liability and create safer working environments. As CEO, Reilly provides strategic direction for PlusOne®, including overseeing marketing strategies, sales, operations and product development. His action-oriented, proactive approach to compliance management has quickly allowed him to achieve leadership status for the company in a rapidly changing industry, providing Safe Contracting Programs, document management and retention, insurance verification/monitoring and related services to national clients in a variety of industries.

Previously, Reilly spent nearly 25 years with Sears, Roebuck and Company, most recently as Director of Operations for Sears Product Repair Services, Contractor Services Group, where he managed the operations and financial accounts of eight independent businesses with combined annual revenues of $650 million. Prior to that, he was National Operations Manager of Sears Home Services, a $250 million business line. He also served as Regional General Manager with Sears Home Services, Store General Manager with Sears Merchandise Group and zone product manager for the exterior product lines for Sears Home Improvement.

Reilly sits on the Best Practices Committee of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and co-chairs the Criminal Records Reporting Practices Committee, working to develop an industry guideline for background screening and reporting. He also is an active member of the Risk Insurance Management Society attending national conferences as well as chapter and regional events. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Montana.

Scott DiNucci

Founder & Vice President, Information Technology

A founder of PlusOne Solutions®, Mr. DiNucci is responsible for the oversight of the company's product development and IT. With over a decade of experience in creating and delivering solutions to Fortune 500 companies, such as Hewlett Packard, Sears and Bank of America, Mr. DiNucci has proven his ability to reduce operational costs while increasing productivity of employees and service networks.

Within the service industry, Mr. DiNucci was the Technology Manager for Web and Client/Server technologies at Sears, Roebuck and Company in Boise, Idaho. While at Sears, Mr. DiNucci was responsible for the design and implementation of service management systems for the Contractor Services. Before joining Sears, Scott was the Vice President & IT Systems Manager at Bank of America in the information technology department. In this role, Mr. DiNucci managed a team of development, analyst, and project manager resources in charge of developing Client/Server applications and supporting the bank's retail platform applications.

 

Michelle Leblond, CIPP/US, CIPP/C      

Vice President, Compliance and Privacy       

Michelle Leblond brings 20 years in the background screening industry to her role as Vice President, Compliance and Privacy with PlusOne Solutions®. She was previously employed with First Advantage as Vice President of the Fingerprint and I9 business unit and a Company Officer and before that held the position of Vice President, Canadian Operations. Prior to that, she was employed in a progressive capacity with Kroll, (now HireRight, an Altegrity company), including managing their Canadian operations. Michelle brings solid strengths in understanding technology, legislation, and operations, as well as the sales and financial aspects of managing a business in this industry. 

Holding Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designations in both Canada and the US, Michelle is responsible for all state and federal privacy and consumer reporting compliance efforts for PlusOne. Michelle works closely with the operations and sales teams to create effective programs to ensure client needs are met, that operational excellence is maintained and new product and service delivery options are developed. Additionally, Michelle also regularly contributes to PlusOne's content publishing and client communication efforts and handles all vendor relationships for the business.

Michelle has an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, as well as a post graduate diploma in Human Resources from Ryerson University, and is a current member of the HRPA (Ontario), SHRM, and IAPP. She is a General Board Member on the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) Board for the term 2015-2017 and is also active on various committees including holding the position of Past Chair, Global Advisory Council (GAC), Past Chair and now General Board Member for the Canadian Chapter, as well as sitting on the Background Screening Credentialing Committee, which governs the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program, as the International designee.  Michelle has been a speaker at various industry conferences on topics such as Canadian Screening Practices, International Recruiting and Pre Employment Screening, and she was also a contributor to the Carswell Business publication “HR Manager’s Guide to Background Checks and Pre-Employment Testing.” 

Jack Baney

Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Jack Baney has enjoyed an extensive career as a sales executive with a Fortune 500 company and several Information Technology start-ups.  He began his profession with IBM as a Sales Representative.  In his 25 plus years at IBM, Jack held several executive level sales and business development positions, finishing off his career at IBM as Global Director of Sales and Marketing.

Post IBM, Jack led the sales and business development initiatives at several software development start-ups through their early stages, providing business plans, analysis, mentoring, project design and implementation, customer satisfaction and retention ideas and on through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining PlusOne Solutions, Jack worked as a Financial Advisor consulting with individuals, families, small & medium size businesses providing financial planning and solutions for insurance, investment and retirement.

Jack served as a 1st Lieutenant in the Adjutant General Corps, U.S. Army and he holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a BA from John Carroll University.
